• All the clusters with their respective motifs are represented as a collection of hierarchical trees (Forest).
• Each cluster has a different color and contains the following components:

1. The hierarchical tree.
2. At each collapsed node, the Branch motif (the summary of the descendant motifs of that branch, also known as Familial Binding Profile (FBP) ).
3. The motif ID + other optional motif features are depicted in the leaves.
4. The aligned logos are shown in the leaves.

Dynamic Features

1. Click on each node to collapse it and display the Branch motif.
2. Click on the node again to expand the tree and show the descendant motifs.
3. Click on the buttons to change the logo (Direct|Reverse) orientation.
4. Click on the buttons to show the IC content at each branch.
